Topic: How long does it take ???

What gives? Back In July, the processing time for I-131 said April 16, 2008. I just checked and the new posting for Aug. says April 16, 2008. How can that be? Are you telling me that they have made no headway on processing I-131's for AP in over a month? My wife submitted her I-131 for AP with I-485 and we got the notice letter that they received the application for AP on June 16. Its been 75 days now. We tried for a RFE here in Texas but they shot us down saying it had to be an emergency. Very frustrating.
