My PERM case PD is June 07 and it is wrong that the earliest audited PERM cases are from August 07!

Hello,

What was the inquiry on your Audit...... 'Business Necessity' or something else?
How soon did DOL inform you about the Audit after filling PERM?
I certainly appreciate your response. Thanks.



Audit on my case was placed in November 07 requesting Job Ads and hiring documentation. This was already in place and all I had to do was sign the PERM application and my lawyer and employer took care of the rest. My PERM was filed in June 07.

mzaman - do you know what the problem with the company website ads was for the denials? It is bitter-sweet to hear this. Nice to know that audit cases are being processed in Atlanta finally but sad to see that all we know of now are denials.

Topic: Who tried manifesting and psychic reading in rleationhship to immigration issues

If I am a good psychic, will I be hired on H1B by someone? If so, will DOL allow me to apply in EB1 category? Being a prodigiously gifted Psychic I sense that I will get my GC soon, if I apply in EB1 Category.
