I am in similar situation. However, my sponsoring employer is able to put me on the payroll for next three months. Thus , I will have two employers for next three months. Will this suffice as been worked for sponsoring employer?

Yes both the I-140 were with same employer. Also my I-485 is all based on future employment. |

Mine I-485 was processed from Nebraska service center. Below are the details how the events happened:
Eb-3 I-140 approved in Sepetmber 2006 (TEXAS)
July 2007- filed the I-485 (NEBRASKA)
Pending EB-2 at backlog got approved some time in August 2007
applied I-140 in september 2007 (Texas)
I-140 approved in July 2008
Interfiled at NEBRASKA in August 2008
therefate called USCIS customer service about 10 times in two weeks period.
Issued RFE in October regarding Birth certificate in October
November 5 submitted the affidivit
Nov 13 got approved.

Guys,
My attorney did the same thing in June 2008. I have called them numereous time to link the dates. All the time they say they have done this. however when, I opend the SR last month the response was completely diffrent:
"Your application will be processed pending availability of a Visa" This indicates all my calls & their Confirmation was useless. I don't know how to do this now? |
