Looking at the recent approvals, it seems USCIS has made a decision to not touch old cases during Aug-Sep , even though many are good to go. I do not have any hopes for whole 2008 . They aren't going to work in Nov and Dec and many of them will be on extended vacation for the rest of the year. |

If a case is transferred means most probably you are stuck for ever. When you call USCIS , they will say it is under additional review. Look at the history of transferred cases . It is not to discourage you but it is a fact . |

It definetely will move back when a new year starts.If you are lucky, you should get by next month or else most probably you will waiting till next year last quarter. |
