Topic: Visit visa for an LPR's mother from Pakistan

Hi Guys,

Now it is right time for your parents/In-laws to attend the interview for B4 visa. US Consulate is issuing Visitor Visas very deliberately. Infact they are in bad need of Visitors so that will help boost economy upto some extent. Trust me I was very lucky with my Inlaws and Parents Visitor Visa recently. Trust me and give a try immediately. Pls do not mention that they are coming to help you to assist you for Delivery etc., just simply say Tourism. I would appreciate if you could update your experiences after interview.

Good Luck,
RK.

Topic: For those who believe ....

Well I got this doubt bcoz I try to do Universal Prayer every day at 9PM local time where ever I am, so I was wondering if you have any significance with 9PM. It should work for me. But if every one can do it will help to all those believe. Anyways thank you for your quick reply and hope every one will agree with your idea.

Topic: need help with Labour substitution case

Hi,

Keep your fingers crossed, rather than leaving it at this last step, no harm in replying to RFE. I would suggest you to be prepared to accept any news also keep looking for alternatives based on the H1B period you are left out with. Generally speaking all the cases which fell into the lines of your case IO looks into the financial status of your employer from the day your labor was cleared to the current date, no matter how long it is. So chances for getting cleared your RFE is very bleak.

But again do not loose hopes, this is not the end of your life, you should be ready to opt for alternative as and when you hear about the final result. Be prepared and keep your fingers crossed. Do not just go by your employer words. We would appreciate if you could let us know your final result.

Good Luck
RK :)
