I filed the AC21 notice with USCIS, I did not wait... I sent a copy of my I 797 for my I 485 with the letter. I got an rfe that they needed a letter from my new employer,job was similar to that I just same O net code and I485 was approved Oct 2. And yes my old employer canceled my I 140, but since I was pending more than 180 days and I notified USCIS of AC 21 I never got an NOID. |

I did my own AC21 filing... I notified NSC in writing, had to submit a letter stating new employment was same as on DOL. Was approved yesterday. Do it yourself! |

You cannot hold Canadian PR and US PR... the reason is the "P" Permanent... very risky and could cost you both and leave you in no mans land... not a smart thing to do! |

Once Green Card is approved then I140 does not matter as you have your green card... and if your I 485 is approved then your Hb1 visa is not valid either as you have AOS. |
