Actually I got approved yesterday, and the card production was also ordered yesterday, according to USCIS automated notification. It's the best feeling I have had in many many years! The world looks different today!

I don't know why they are processing in random order. I have a US education, maybe that's why they looked at my case? I never contacted USCIS regarding my case, never took infopass.
