Topic: Planning to visit India on travel docs-please advice Hi, My I-485 is pending, got my EAD and travel docs. My husband and I are planning to visit India in Jan -08. Can we both (me and husband) use our travel docs? We both don't have the visa stamped? I have H1B valid until Dec-08. My husband is in 7th year of H1B but he has his H1B petition until Dec-2010 (he got 3 yrs extension based on his labor and I-140). Is it advisable to not to stamp our H1Bs and just travel on the travel documents? What else do we require for traveling on travel documents? Please advice... Thanks for your help and time....

Topic: Receipt Notice - Package Sent on Aug 13, 2007 My concurrent case (140 & 485) case was filed on 6th Aug at Texas center, no updates yet. They did not even cash my cheques.
