I have nothing to say about myself. But... I have something to say about CIS and FBI... (censored) them both.

Topic: can i be unemployed when 485 is approved?

Am i not covered by AC21 for I-140 revocation?

If you have a job offer with similar duties and responsibilities then yes, you are covered.

Topic: EB3-India... Why So Serious?

I am not here really to compete in humor with anyone. Stopping by to help but the same questions again and again... Add everybody retrogressed on top of that. Who has stamina to answer how to switch from H1 to EAD and back over and over? Boooring.

Topic: What would be impact to my H1 if I use my Advance Parole ?

Are you saying that you H1 is rejected or your I-94 extension is rejected.

In case, if your H1 is approved but your extension of stay is denied, you have to go out of US ASAP and get a Visa abroad and come back on either H1 or AP.

I have done the same thing couple of yrs back. Didn't had any issue while stamping or coming back. But make sure you get out ASAP.

What's the point of coming back on AP? If your AP is valid it means you are in AOS status. Re-entering country to come back in the same status is pointless enterprise.

Your attempt at satire humour obviously lacked the element of wit necessary for you not to be taken seriously. BTW, I value wit more than a Master's that can be bought easily from some universities.

I just checked my mailbox and did not see a check for witty posts from you. Considering you are in EB3 you bought only Bachelor's from "some universities", right? That's so sad too bad. You know, Charlie, you get what you pay for including wittilest posts and long waits. I hope you will make better decisions going forward.

I was not really serious just decided to play EB nazi for a change. But deep inside aren't we all elitists looking down at EB+1 categories?

Topic: Extension of status during AOS

Without digging into your case details it is most likely that yes, you'll get new I94.

I think it should be removed because of miserable level of EB3 immigrants. So, we agree on this one. Good.

Those who can apply for EB2 do that. I don't think adding EB3 benefits the country, do you? The requirements are so low what it ends up being is uncontrolled flow of uneducated and untrained workforce. "Highly skilled professionals", give me a break.

I am not saying the number is going to change. Only that more decent people are going to immigrate not these undereducated EB3 scam artists.
