I heard from another forum, CIS will issue all the receipt notice no later than 8/24. The notice receipt date will be date back to the date they received your application. This is good becaz, their "NORMAL" processing time is

The First page of I-140 is correct with advance degree, there is options (d) .... The only wrong is the list or cover letter from lawyer as the following ...
Please find the following documents in support of this application:
1. Form G-28
2. Form I-140
3. Certified Form ETA 9089 with minimum qualification requiring a Bachelors Degree and one year experience.

Everything is fine except the above "minimum qualification requiring a Bachelors Degree and one year experience."...

My all applications are based on LABOR CERTIFIED with master degree without experience.
But my lawyer copied old list. In the list for I-140 application, it said that "3. Certified Form ETA 9089 with minimum qualification ... a Bachelors Degree and one year experience".
