Topic: Is POJ not working any more?
I just spoke to IO at TSC, and she gave me some information about my case status. I was confused when she told me that my name check is not cleared and that will not be a issue due to 180 day rule. When spoke to IO couple of months earlier they told that my name check was cleared. And when I riased the same concern to the lady she was referring that they may have referred to some other system they may have where in my name check may have been cleared. But from what system she is accessing she tells me that my name check is still pending. Whom to believe??? Nothing much information but ofcourse she took me into a state of confusion with regard to name check. Not cleared but not to worry because of 180 day rule.... |

PRobably they may be needing your I-140 approval document. Infact I had an RFE for the same,and my lawyer tells me that is one of the novel way USCIS delay tactics. They are supposed to adjudicate AP within 3 months and the RFE gives them additional 3 months time, because the clocks gets reset once they receive your response to thier RFE. |

I have filed AP on June 22nd ( USCIS receipt date) and have been waiting since then. Had couple of LUD's and the last one they needed I-140 Approval document which my lawyers have mailed. After that there is an LUD saying that they have received the information and they have resumed processing... GOD only knows how long they are going to take to .... |

I spoke to my attorney, and this is what they have responded. " At the TSC's request, I sent them copies of the I-140 approval notice for each person's I-131 case (we believe that requesting this document is one of the TSC's newest stalling tactics, so we have now added this document to all new applications for I-765 and I-131). The TSC received them 8/21/2007. It is not possible to predict if or when they will update the online status for all the cases"... |

I just noticed an LUD, but am surprised that neither I received any RFE nor I have provided any information. I am wondering whats going on with my AP case. On infopass I have scheduled an appointment to see I/O in dallas. This could be a reason for this ? I have scheduled my appointment on 7th Friday! Along with me my wife and kids have applied for AP/485 and all of us have same receipt dates Jun 22nd, had LUD 8/11 and 8/12. But now I had an LUD with the above and neither my wife nor my kids had any LUD since 8/12. Has anyone has experienced similar situation. Any thougths whats happening ???? |

Topic: I had two LUD one on 08/07 and 08/08 with no change
I had one more LUD on my AP today with no change in status. Any Idea where I am heading ? Any clue how long it will take to hear the Good news of GC!!! |
