My wife applied for my PR in canada as spouse. I did not get any letter from them so far. It was applied on Oct 27.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY LETTER. NOW I CHECKED STATUS WITH FEE RECEIPT # AND IT GIVES ME FOLLOWING:
We received your application to sponsor xxx on October 27, 2008.
We started processing your application on November 25, 2008.
We sent you a letter on November 25, 2008 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

only thing I have is the IMM5504 application fee receipt #. I did not get any letter from them so far but online status shows IN PROCESS |

we used the old address there as getting the police cert from each city was not easy. But all our mails get forwarded to our current address. we should have gotten it by this time, rigt? |

online status says they made a decision on sponsorship application but NOT AVAILABLE for perm residence application. They sent a letter about the sponsorship decision a month ago. I have not received it yet. |

I tried to find the status with th ereceipt # when I paid the amount. It says it cant find it. IT was mailed 10/21/2008 |
