11/4 - CPO for me and my wife
11/7 - Approval notice sent for me, wife
11/10 -Received GC in mail for me and wife as well as the approval notice

NSC was surprisingly fast....after 6 yrs of delays :-)

I personally went through a lot over the last 6 years. Lost my mom and couldn't be there in her last days thanks to this waiting game, i'll blame myself for that mistake the rest of my life. My advice: don't put this ahead of your family and what is personally important to you, don't make any hasty decisions of course but do not let this alter the course of your life and keep you away from your families at times when they need you and even when they make you believe they don't need you. Mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, wives, kids....they are more precious than anything. get your priorities straight and adhere to them faithfully.......... i wish i had.

Good luck to everyone. I pray and hope that all of you get past this as soon as possible. And Thank You All so so much, this forum was always a big help.

Signing off.....Sabre

No doubts, my man, just wondering...and enjoying the warm, fuzzy feeling :-)

Been through too much already, too many hiccups and obstacles to fully relax until i have the cards in hands.
just happy to think now that i can change jobs without worrying, that's the biggest thing for me.

Topic: Card Production Ordered Club. Feel Free to join the club!!

Now that I have read through this thread a bit, seems like I am missing the 'Welcome Notice' and 'Documents mailed'.
I don't know how important it is. As of today, I have two steps completed:
1. CPO on Nov 4
2. Approval Notice Sent on Nov 7

Any ideas or comments?

Topic: Card Production Ordered Club. Feel Free to join the club!!

Yesterday, I checked online (CRIS emails not working I guess) and saw the update Card Production Ordered for both myself and wife. Today, Nov 7, another update on the system that Approval Notice has been sent. Now awaiting the physical cards to appear.

Thanks all - this forum is helpful in so many ways - gathering info, doc preparation, fact checking, second opinions, useful links..and venting of course :-) thank you, good luck and god bless,

Topic: EB3 ROW I485's

Thanks everyone.

Like I said, I will celebrate properly once I have the card in my hands. Just too suspicious of the system and circumstances. And I guess too paranoid as well but you can't blame me after almost 6 years of wait for something that shouldn't have taken 2-3 yrs max (that was the avg GC approval time when I arrived in the US in '99).

Many thanks again and best of luck to all. We all know how painful this wait can be, in so many ways....

Thank you! People in this forum can truly understand what it means to have this info....finally. I am still holding back my celebrations until I get the GC in my hands though :-)

Just checked and saw that card production has been ordered for myself and wife on Nov 4. Finally!

Let's see how long it takes now to get the actual cards in our hands. Will update when I do.

Topic: NSC retrogressed to July 4

I just checked NSC 485 proc times and the EB date has retrogressed by a few days. It was July 11 and is now July 4. For those unlucky few like myself (July 6) who fell in this 7 days period, it's no good news.
