Topic: processing time for Toronto

hi,

Time taken for an application to process is independant of the Landing city. Both these things dont have any relation.

Topic: Can I canada using PR card after absent from Canada for 3 years

HI JZ,

Shud not be a problem at all....
Since the validity is for 5 yrs., u can go in & out of canada as u like. But if u r out of canada for majority of the part , then renewing ur PR will be problematic. PR renewal can be done only if u have stayed in canada for at least minimum two years in a 5 yr period. So take that into account when u plan ur moves out of canada...in future!!
