Interesting observation... Certified in 104 days (exactly equal to average processing time*)

What I feel from this trend is that PERM cases are assigned to each DOL employee afer PERM filled randomlly..
i.e if 100 cases received 1 day distribute to all 10 employees.. it dependents only employee how/when to clear these cases... as usal.. some are very good at working.. some lazy fellows.. dont work ..
