Topic: Wife's SSN for filing IT returns

My Status : I am on H1 ( EAD and AP not used). My wife is on H4 ( EAD not used). She has got her SSN using EAD for getting Driver's LIcense. My questions : Can I use her SSN for filing the IT returns. I have used ITIN until last year. Will she be out of status if we use SSN for filing IT returns?

I am applying for AP renewal(paper filing) and I need to send all the document. Can anyone please tell me the address of NSC? I live in Colorado and all my cases are pending in NSC. I believe I should apply in NSC..Correct?
I am sending the following docs. Please let me know if I am missing anything. Thanks in advance.

1. 131 Application form.
2. Copy of Passport/Drivers LIcense.
3. Copy of Current AP
4. Copy of 485.
5. 2 passport size photo.
6. Check for $305
