thanks for the genuine advice :) ... even i don't want to follow any wrong path
so shall i give the contact details of my HR representative .. i.e. his name , telephone no. and email id ??
reason .. why i was asking for that wrong way was .. i have just heard that my company does not support any kind of verification..... .. but again there are people who got there visa processed .... giving simply the HR details (contact number)

hi all,
I am planning to apply for my Tier 1 visa very soon.
My query is ... I have not discussed my plans with my HR as I do not want to disclose that I am planning to apply for visa.
I am not very sure that how my HR will respond to the Integra verification ....
Can anyone please suggest what shall I tell my HR to get this Integra verification done without any hindrances ???
OR shall I not tell my HR at all about my plans at all ?
what did you guys do ?
please help.. I am relly worried

I have a doubt regarding previous earning.
For the documents submitted in support of past earning , we need to submit 12 months salary slips and IT return.
I am facing a problem -- my Total gross salary mentioned in my IT return document is much lesser than the total gross salary that I have calculated when adding up all the Total earnings of the 12 months salary .
If the gross salary mentioned on the IT return is to be considered then my claim for points on the basis of past earnings is getting badly affected :(
Did anyone of you faced such a situation ???....
