Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

just posted below;

Please enact RIN:1615-AB92 into law immediately.

My spouse holds a graduate (an MBA) degree from a reputed US University. She has been waiting for more than 4 years to go to work now, and might very well be waiting for 4 more years if the rule isn't enacted into law.

The law if enacted would bring justice to my spouse and all other spouses who are holding Depression(H4) visa.

The law if enacted would provide dignity to Depression (H4) visa holders to leave an independent life

The law if enacted would reduce pain and sufferings of Depression (H4) visa holders who have been playing by the rules, following the law for years.

The law If enacted would give freedom to these very well educated spouses of Depression (H4) visa giving them opportunity to innovate, prosper and contribute towards the future of United States; country they once proudly selected to be part of.

The law if enacted would bring fairness to future citizens and would even increase their respect and confidence for this greatest country.

Finally, I apologies for getting personal but imagine if Michelle Obama or Dr. Jill Biden wouldn't have been allowed to work or make a difference to the world they are leaving in. As a spouse what would your frustration be like knowing you are the reason why they can’t work.

Please enact the law immediately!

Topic: CIR Bill on the floor - Week of May 13th?

Lengthy - somewhat but if sec. Napolitano could read whole bill with all events from past week and could testify this morning and if Sen Grassley could introduce 80 page gun control bill and ask the house to vote on it the same day, would be tough for senators to argue that they didn't get enough time.

Topic: CIR Bill on the floor - Week of May 13th?

During Senate hearing today, Senator Schumer stated that all senators would have 3 weeks to thoroughly review the bill from the day the legislation was introduced which could mean they could bring the bill on the floor as early as the week of May 13th?

Topic: Please sign Petition for Issuing EAD to H4

Until we resolve work authorization/PR issues formally, wouldn't heart signing below;

http://wh.gov/8hrD

Since it doesn't impact ROWs in any way

Can this be a Bipartisan (ROWs and Non ROWs) effort?
