Hello,

I am currently residing in the UK with an HSMP visa that was initially granted on September 07, 2006. As this expires next week, I am applying to have this renewed under the revised HSWP programme.

It is unclear to me whether I apply with the full application form (‘APPLICATION FOR AN INITIAL GRANT OF LEAVE (SWITCHING) OR AN EXTENSION OF LEAVE UNDER TIER 1 (GENERAL) MAIN APPLICANT’), or the revised form ‘FLR TIER 1 (HSMP) v.07/2008.’

It appears that I meet the criteria under the judicial review, as my HSMP visa was granted before November 2006. This would mean that I complete the shortened FLR TIER 1 form. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, my passport with the valid LTR stamp in it has expired (and been cancelled by the Australian embassy). A new passport has been issued to me. Can anyone confirm that I am able to submit my application with both passports to have my application processed?
