Topic: Advance Parole removed who have pending AOS. (H-1, H-4, L-1 and L-2)

The title of this thread is a big misrepresentation, pls change it. The rule is to eliminate the need of carrying 485 receipt notices wehn you are travelling on H or L visa with AOS pending application. Your title suggests the elimination of AP, which is so not the case, Please change asap.
