Topic: Urgent Help.. English requirements

Hi, I am also planning to apply for Tier General.
I have completed my MBA in Finance .The same Degree is available in the Self Assessment Tool.
But my bachelors Degree is not appearing in the English Section under Self Assessment Tool.
Could you suggest me whether I need to take up the TOEFEL or not??

If not what are the Docs to be submitted??

Can anyone answer to my Query pls??
I am about to apply for EC -Tier1 General.My passport is having validity only till 2010.
Will it be a Problem??Whether the validity shold be for 3 years or Not??
Can anyone throw some light on this Pls??
