Yes! You are! Ours was the same - both 140&485 at the same time, but took a little bit longer, 7 months.

Topic: Physical Card and Card approval copies tracker

May 7 140 and 485 approved and "Welcome notice" sent
May 9 (Friday) "Approval notice" sent
May 12 (Monday) Actual Green Card + Welcome notice received in the mail.

All in all - 5 days (+ 13 months of the GC process)!

You are IN the status as long as you filed for H1B before your OPT expired. Whenever your ANYTHING in US is officially pending you are IN status.
