Topic: Whats the best visa to apply for?

My husband and I are looking to relocate to Canada. We have two daughters aged 1 and 2. My husband is a Hydraulic Engineer and I work in IT. Neither of us have a degree but I have approx 10 years work experience and my husband has 8 years. We have no family in Canada. We have money behind us. My husband works internationally and we had initially wanted to relocate there with neither of us working in Canada, but for me to have the option to when our daughters are a bit older and I have settled in over there.

Can anyone advise which visa is best to apply for, and the best route to take? Thanks!
