Topic: Serious Problem Pls Help

As other trackitt members suggested.. DO NOT PANIC!!! Let me tell you the worst case scenario:

Assuming you fix it going forward...& dont fix 10/01 - 10/11
Assuming you made $4,000 for the 11 days....7.65% FICA is $306
You file your 2008 taxes..by not fixing these 11 days... you MIGHT be audited by IRS & may ask you to pay approximately $40 fine ....you'll ending up paying approximately $350 for the 11 day period already elapsed.

DONT WORRY.... you will NOT end up in FEDERAL PRISON for evading taxes.... IRS has a bigger fish to fry than your $350 ;)

Infopass is just waste of time.... Honestly, if you are taking off from work ...I suggest you to rethink & write to your local congressman...with whatever questions you have or will gather from the forums...

I think my case will also be shelved until a visa # is available....but I'm hoping against hope that a visa # was already allocated before sending out the RFE!!! May be I'm GREE(N)DYYYYY!!!

Pattern after responding to RFE..... so far each one of us ( screwed, gcseeker, dudela , sselva69 ) has 4 LUDs after responding to RFE & nothing more.....wht is happening???

gcseeker: looking at the pattern of your case & mine, after we responded to RFE:
1 st day- Hard LUD
2nd, 3rd, 4th - Soft LUDs.....
I don't see any soft LUD today (5th day)....Did you have a soft LUD yesterday (5th day for you)?

I got an RFE from Nebraska Service Center...status said we sent an RFE on 10/03......but when I received it, the letter was dated 10/07. Attorney received it on 10/13....I got it on 10/15....responded on 10/17. It was due before 11/06!

Experience is experience....not matter if its before or after bachelors.... however there is a catch here... For 6 months during your B.S..have you worked full-time or part-time....if you worked part-time...then it'll only count as 3 months.

if you have worked full-time...are you working full-time AND ALSO doing full-time bachelor's? If you get an RFE on this question..you need to justify working & studying FULL-TIME at the same time!
