Topic: Varicella incompletion (Insufficient time interval)

Hello.

I turned in I-693 (Medical exam) in November 2007 with I-485 filing. Later I found that the doctor office recorded that my Varicella (chicken pox) vaccine was not completed although I got the vaccince shot at that time. It is checked under "Insufficient time interval". I am concerned about whether this incompletion would delay my I-485 process.

I want to avoid a delay in I-485 process. If someone has the same experience as mine, please share your story with me.

Thank you,

seapor

Topic: Leave without Pay

Hello.

I have a concern. My current visa status is H1B (valid H1B until Nov 2008), and I plan to spend about 4 weeks of April 2008, using "leave without pay". Based on your recent experience, would you answer the following questions?
(1) will the leave prevent me from coming back to the USA? (e.g., will the immigration officer ask the pay stubs?)
(2) will the leave jeopardize my H1 status?

Your sharing your experience will greatly help me. Thanks.

Dear Salman.

(1) will the leave prevent me from coming back to the USA? (e.g., will the immigration officer ask the pay stubs?)
