Topic: Advance Parole and EAD

Try to do more research on immigrationportal.

There is no clear answer for your quesiton. Some people say you have to use combination of AP and EAD, but others don't think so. Even among immigration officers, this topic remains unclear.

I personally think they are two different thigs. You can come in to the US using AP but still use H1 to work.

Topic: RFE TB Skin Test

If x-ray is ok and skin test is positive - then it's ok. You have to take the skin test as it is part of the procedure.

There is a document on uscis website outlining what the officer should look for. If you think of it as a chart, first thing they will be looking at is the skin test. So if it's not done, they will most likely issue you a RFE. It's just a procedure, whether making sense or not - the officer simply following the rule.

Search on immigrationportal for the document if you are curious.

Topic: who will receive Approval Notice for EAD

In my case, the card went to me and the approval letter went to the lawyer.

As long as the old company hasn't used it for another employee or hasn't cancelled the labor cert. And you have a piece of infor like case number or 45 day letter, you can use it. The old company doesn't need to know.

Topic: fingerprinting #2 Purpose

Uscis wants to make sure that you don't have 20 fingers... so they will check the fingerprints consistency.
Oh heck...., who knows why they asked to do another fingerprint...

Do you have a 45 day letter from your old labor cert? Or an evidence to show that your labor has been pending for more than a year? Or if it was approved, you can also use that to extend your h1 for another year.

Topic: INFOPASS

I think, you can go to infopass anytime. Oh, don't use capital letters. People can hear you even when you use lower case letters.

Topic: RFE

Hmm, one of us didn't understand the question correctly.
I thought he wanted to find out if he got a RFE, did the LUD change as well or not.

In most cases, yes. If not all.
