My employer is telling to wait until august to get to know the status.Is it true or he is trying to cheat me...they keep on saying that the lottery is not over.IS it so?I am now worried of getting the money back.When is the last date of receiving the status?
They are not replying to my mail also.I dont have any clue whats happening. |

Hi Leela..Be cool and hold your breath for sometime....All your prayers and wishes will be answered soon.
You can track you application status using your receipt number at www.uscis.gov.
There are little chances of getting application rejected after chosen in the lottery only if found ineligible with educational qualification and relevent experience.
Dont believe things happening around.JUst pop in to the portal check your status.

Hi,I have applied for H1-B through one of consultants.I dont have any update till now and am bit nervous whether or not my application has been selected in the Lottery.My consultant does not even know whether or not that my fees paid has been deducted.They are asking me to wait till 1st week of june.How can i get to know my application status?Is there any way to know the lottery selection list?Please do let me know.
