Topic: I'm planning on marrying a U.S. citizen...

lrindy,

In your knowledge, is it possible to convert to spouse based gc after getting EB based gc.
That way getting citizenship in 3 years instead of 5.

Spouse status = soon to be us citizen

Topic: NSEERS - confused - got RFE

NSEERS,

Since you never register while you was commuting you are fine.
The hard and fast rule is if you were registered for NSEER at your bangladesh passport than you keep registering on canadian passport too.

Topic: BACKGROUND CHECK

Background check after assigning to an officer is for extra information from third party agencies.
This could be information from home country etc.

Topic: I-485 Extended Review

No it's not sub labor.

I hope it's not national security because I have been gone through security several time since F1 , visas, border crossing etc.
WOM only to expedite the unnecessary delay. If they put down than that's fine.

Topic: I-485 Extended Review

I will wait for six month, after that WOM is coming from me.

Topic: I-485 Extended Review

My case was assigned to an officer last week but status now changed to extended review.
