Topic: Any GC approvals for people who have used AC21

I applied for AC21 and subsequently got a RFE for employment Verification letter (EVL). I got my card in the mail this Saturday. I also had the cooperation of my previous employer.
The important thing is that the previous employer should not revoke your I-140.

Topic: Folks who are waiting after RFE response, gather here...

I got a RFE towards the end of Aug. We replied in the first week of Sept. There was a hard LUD update on 09/05 for the response received. Since then I have had one soft LUD yesterday 09/11 for both me and my wife.

It was the same with me. My lawyer from the previous company recieved the RFE but there was no change online. I think its happening with Nebraska cases.

Topic: Old Timers 2002/2003 - Any hopes for us ?

My attorney from the previous company recently got an RFE for my case. It was for Employment related documents. Most likely triggered due to the AC-21 we had filed couple months ago.
However there was no hard LUD for my case online.... so I was not even aware that an RFE had been issued on my case.

My previous lawyer notified me today that I have received a RFE for my I-485. The RFE was for the employment letter. I had filed AC-21 over a month ago and looks like they have not yet updated my new laywers info. in their records.

I filed AC21 in May of this year. That was in response to an RFE on my I-140, because I had already changed companies by then. Since then my I-140 has been approved but still waiting for my I-485 approval.

I am one of the victims of the Backlog reduction center. My PD is July 2002 and its a original labor. I had to file AC 21 few months ago. I am praying that won't delay the processing of my case even more.

Yesterday I too got a soft LUD on my already approved I-140. My PD is current so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
