DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN THE USCIS WEBSITE WILL UPDATE ITS PROCESSING TIMES...I AM LOOKING FOR I-485 IN CHARLOTTE NC BUT IT KEEPS SAYING OCT 1ST.THATS AS OF JULY 15TH .Ii would like to know wh4en the august 15th report will come out ...i called uscis and they said yes its supposed to update every 15th of the month and its late for august....
is there any other tacker website anyone knows of??

i am on my 139th day since filing a marriage based a.o.s case april 3rd of this yr...i filed it at the Chicago Lockbox and it is now at the national benefits center.i live in NORTH CAROLINA.how do i check the processing times on USCIS website(my local office is Charlotte and processing for i-485 is OCT 1 2007)
WHY IS THE NBC SO SLOW??am i within the processing time frame or out of it??is my case going to transfer to my local office or be processed at the NBC??I havent had an online case update since April 7th 2008.
P.S :I FILED THE AOS SEPARATELY FROM THE I-30 AND AFTER THE I-130 WAS APPROVED.THE A.O.S WAS FILED WITH THE E.A.D APPLICATION togheter
PEOPLE SAY IT TAKES AN AVERAGE OF 5 MONTHS TO GET APPROVED FOR THE AOS HOW LONG AFTER MY BIOMETRICS(APRIL 26 2008)SHOULD I GET AN INTERVIEW LETTER??I DONT HAVE ANY RFE'S BY THE WAY...

just wondering for those of you that got your interview letters...whats the time between getting your ead and the day you got your interview letter?
do anyone of you know if cases that are at the national benefits center get transfer to local offices?is the nbc notoriously slow at processing aos cases?i called customer service and they said i had about 180 days to go before am in line for processing??

i called uscis to open a service request they tell me its too early to open one since am on my 106th day i need to wait 180 days more before they can do a service request....i just dont understand ...does anyone recomend a infopass?how do i get them to transfer me to a immigration officer when am on the phone?? |

have a marriage based aos case that i filed on april 3rd 2008.i filed it alone not with i-130(it was already approved cuz i filed that in january).my case is at the nbc in misouri.i already have my ead and taken fingerprints.i just called uscis and they said even though i file in april i still have 6 monts more to go before they even get to my case!!!what happened to the 180day memo from uscis?whats the rule on that?and what do they mean by "my case has to be out of their processing time"?what does that mean?i am on my 105th day today
i asked if there was a problem with my case if there was a rfe or anything ...he said no....i havent even gotten my interview letter yet!!and my case status online hasnt been updated since the april 7th which is why i called them today.... i live in NC and my local office is in charlotte on the uscis website it says that office is only dealing with cases from oct 1st 2007
does anyone have a similar situation?or any thoughts/advice on this??very very frustrated

i have a very unusual problem here...
i was livig in nyc 2 yrs ago and i unfortunately lost my passport.in january of this yr(2008)i applied for a new passport at my country's consulate in NYC...I CURRENTLY LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA SO I SENT IT THROUGH THE MAIL.....that was january 1th 2008!!i still havent gotten it back.i keep calling and asking about it and still nothing.....
i want to know in the event my green card interview comes up and i dont have my passport what do i do?what to i bring to the interview?do i reschedule it?what do i do?i called uscis and they dont know what to tell me(i havent spoken to a immigration officer just to the customer service people)
do i set up a info pass??how do i get a immigration officer on the phone next time i call uscis?
my country is in a bit of turmoil and this passport issue is with all senegalese people living abroad and its in all the consulates and embassies all over Europe and the U.S.
is there anything that can be done ?can uscis make an exception and not require me to have my passport at the interview i know it needs to be stamped.
please anyone with any thoughts on this i implore you to share them

i am new to this forum my question is that my ead just got approved and my aos is still at the national benefits center...how can i find out if its going to be transfered to a service center or my local district office??how can i find out?i havent recieved a letter or email notifying me of a case transfer yet....
my second question is :i had my fingerprints done on 04/26/08 and i would like to know if i can find out the status of it now or is it too early(its been 2 months almost) who do i contact to find out??
