You will soon receive a notice to do your fingerprints . One for the EAD and the other for the AOS

I went with H and wrote: Direct Relative to USC through Marriage. And I had no problems. You should be able to file the I-485 with the pending I- 130 by using the receipt copy, plus the instructions for that form will tell you where to send the application based on your location. Get it done before your Visa expires, a Pending I-485 will give you temporary status preventing you from violating the law. Dont worry about visa number once you are approved at or after AOS interview you'll recieve GC in mail shortly. good luck

You should have filed I-30 and I-485 at the same time if you are married to a US citizen. Explain what you mean by part2 Application Type... I need more info to give you a better answer

Hey S trockera,
The 60 days is not actual time, if theydont need anything else from you (No more RFE) then the rest is based on the timeframe of your Local USCIS office processing time of the I485. My 60days end up being almost 4 months before interview notice letter was sent because my Local office was that far out with applications.

To Shnookums

they might not ask your son any questions depending on his age, just relax, if you get the same IO I had last month then you'll actually have a fair interview... Plus, the IO told us that he didnt want to see our photos, he only took Tax Return, check Driver's license, Passport and I90... We brought everything from bills, credit cards, to bank contracts, and they IO flat out told us that he only wanted a copy of Tax return and didnt look at any other supporting documents...

Bring as much as can but if they ask for less it tend to be a good sign..

Hey I'm from Jamaica , big up the Caribbean vibes

Yes, it was a good interview and I received GC 12 days later, but they split the couples up about 50% of the couples there including me and my wife. They called my wife first then both of us together, and was approved on the spot.

Hey Lexobelgo,
if your receipt date for the I-765 is late Feb or March, you should be receiving the EAD card in the mail anytime now. As with the driving, I would just wait until I can get a US license, dont go breaking the law, plus you got an interview comming up... To get a timeframe of your interview date, you should go the USCIS website and locate the processing time for the Local Office in your state where you'll be interveiwed. Local office determines the Interview date once all documents were submitted correctly and there are no more RFE's
