How do I lodge an appeal against a decision to refuse my visa?
Submit your completed AIT2 form along with your refusal notice and any supporting documents. If choosing to submit your appeal to the British High Commission (BHC), you must supply one full set of all documents, including the AIT-2 form. The copies should be single sided on A4 paper and without any staples. Please also note supporting documents must be printed using offset/100 gram paper. Failure to submit a full set of photocopies to the BHC in the correct format will result in non-acceptance of your appeal and it will be returned to you unprocessed.
Appeals should be submitted to either one of the following addresses;
Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT)
PO Box 7866
Loughborough, United Kingdom
LE11 2XZ
Fax +44 (0) 15 09 221 699
Or by posting them to;
Appeals Section
British High Commission
Diplomatic Enclave
Ramna 5 Islamabad
Please do not submit a duplicate appeals to both addresses
Appeals will not be accepted at any Visa Application Centre
What happens next?
An acknowledgement from the appellate authorities will be sent to the appellant direct if you forwarded your appeal papers to the AIT. If you sent them direct to BHC we will acknowledge when your case has been despatched to the AIT for a hearing, or contact you to ask you to submit your passport as the result of an overturned decision. This process can take up to 3 months, sometimes longer for settlement cases.
If my review stands, how long does it take for the case to be heard?
We have no influence over the appeal process in the UK but you should be aware it could take several months for the appeal to be heard. We would appreciate it if you would help us to continue to provide a good service to all customers by not contacting this office to check on the progress of an appeal. We are not updated on the progress of individual appeals and are unable to give you an idea of how long the application will take to be heard.
An Immigration Judge will determine the outcome of the appeal. If successful and unchallenged by the Home Office, the outcome will be forwarded to the appellant and us, by post. It can take between 4-8 weeks for determinations to reach us, please therefore be patient and wait to be contacted by us.
If the appeal is dismissed, the case will be regarded as closed.
I have further appeals related queries where do I send them to?
You can direct additional queries to Appeals.Islamabad@fco.gov.uk
If your enquiry is on the progress of your appeal after it is despatched to UK from our office, please contact:
Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT)
Arnhem Support Centre,
PO Box 6987, Leicester, United Kingdom,
LE1 6ZX (+44 (0) 845 6000 877)
Where do I get independent appeals advice?
You can contact the Immigration Advisory Service (IAS) for advice and help with an appeal. The IAS is a voluntary organisation independent of government, and can provide confidential advice for you and your representatives. The IAS can help you to decide whether or not to make an appeal. It can also represent you at an appeal hearing.

Not to worry fahim you have two options as far my knowledge from several immigration forum
option1: go for admin review but it takes ages to get the result
option2: go for reapply with new statement (this option is in your favor cause they usually not returned approval letter so i think they give you the option to reapply).

wrote another email yesterday to BHC to raise my concern regarding my application and hoping for a kind response, status unchanged on VFS Global website.
just read on vacpk website "Some elements of your application may be sent overseas for processing. This may result in extended decision making times"
i guess in my case they sent some request to Home Office for verification cause as you guys know i didn't able to attached my documents which I'd sent to Home Office for HSMP approval due to lost in transit.
