Topic: Rejection because of University letter

hi

i suggest you to take the ielts as that is the most authentic proof and the visa officers are not at all confused with the same. the ielts is not tough u need to get a band over 6 and the dates are available every 15 days. the visa officers generally do not trust universities in india

Topic: Calculation of Previous earnings for applying HSMP

Hi i have got my ec and i can help you on your questions. you can club your incomes but you need to convince the officer in UK that you are genuine. attach you salary slips, if possible taxation slips, employment contract stating your salary, bank account statement highlighting the salary recieved, also try getting a salary certificate from your employer that states that you have been working with him.also mention your monthwise gross salary. the gross salary should match with your salary slips

hope this may help you

Topic: Entry Clearance Process

hi nasty kid

my apprehension is if i get the visa and i travel say after 3 months of procuring the visa, will that effect my extension. what i understand is that i need to show that i stayed 11 out of 12 months in the country.

so for example if i have a visa dated 15 th october and i travel on 15th jan. there fore i would be able to utilise 24-3 =21 months in uk. as i understand i need to show 11 out 12 months that i have stayed in uk so that means i need to show 22 out of 24 months. will this not effect my extension???
