thanks all.


Really a good news for me on Divali.
I became sick with long wait.Everyday n number of times i was looking into USCIS and trackitt. since July ,2007.
After RFE also my employer and attorney tried to hide finally with my force they replied to RFE after 25 days of RFE recieved.
Mine is SUBSTITUTE case even i didn't get a chance to see the LC details before Substitute.

I think depends on cases.
In my case took 8 days after reply for REF recieved.

RFE recieved date :10/20/2008
i140 approved date :10/28/2008

Thanks everybody.

I did not get a chance to see RFE.
But attorney mentioned it was Substitute related and previous person's i140 not revoked.
Attorney replied on 10/20 to cancel previous person's i140.After 7 days got good news...

Finally my i140 approved after 480+ days.

After so many sleepless nights got good news on my case.
RFE recieved date 10/20/2008 LUDs 10/20/,10/21,10/23,10/24,10/27 and 10/28.


Today online status changed without CRIS email.
On October 27, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I got RFE on my i140 with same issue.

Previous person's i140 already approved and not revoked.My Employer substituted Previous person's LC to me.
I got RFE on 24th Sep.Recently my attorney replied to RFE to revoke Previous person's 140.
Getting daily LUDs current status is info recieved for RFE and case resumed for processing.

Based on my RFE understood that at a time only one i140 will be active.
