Topic: Asked my Tax returns in jun08..sent july...still no medicals or IA...

hello guys..

i have my application dated 7 th jan 2008...got query (dated 10 jun 08) about indian experience about requirement of tax returns..for all the years i worked...well i provided them by 28 july...... i am wondering why they are taking so much time...while other applicants wid me are gettin their passport requests... i sent them about 20 different docs.. as a proof of my work experience...wid website and profile and everything... it not a tough decision for IO to give me medicals as i m getting around 78 points...with Canadian education and AEO.....

my question is how long do they take to give me some decision.....

i can only say tat it depends on particular case and IO.... while as far as AEO /LMOconcerns..one thing for sure if u r AEO is genuine...u would have far batter chances to get immigration in minimum timing...even if u get interview..

look jeeshan... i myself applied through arranged employment. i am in canada right now and i have completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineering .. u can check my profile.... 07/01/08 AOR so i can tell ya... yes in buffalo it wont change timelines unless u have very good documentation otherwise it would take 12 months but not more than that for sure.... while as per Delhi concern... one of guy saying that it would take 68 months ... let me remind him that i have seen guys coming in not even 6 months from india last year.. while their file havin AEO... REASON : because Delhi is giving priority to the cases having AEO and LMOs or PNP so that does reduce its timings even as less as 6 months.. got it..
