Topic: Why has TSC slowed processing of I-140s?

What could the reason be for TSC to slow down processing of I-140s? It appears that if they really want, they can process all the pending petitions in matter of few months like they did for EADs. They seemed to process almost all the EAD received during June in matter of weeks.
Also, when I called to check, the IO told me that processing times for I-140 at TSC has moved backward to July 8 2007. I really do not believe the IO, for they keep blurting anything & everything to get you off the phone. Has anyone heard anything similar. Please post

Processing times did move last month. So I will not be surprised if they move again.

Topic: I-485 pending for 400 days and 2339 days GC filed

Why don't you file a WOM? If I-485 has been pending for so long, most probably there is no serious issues to worry about. Just file WOM (on your own, it is possible) and you can probably see some effect. There is no point is just fretting over given that there are some options available.

I agree with nsbharath. In fact, you may be eligible to sue. Why dont you talk to your lawyer?

Topic: Address to send EAD renewal Docs

Depending on what service u are using, because courier Company will not deliver mails to PO boxes except USPS.

More than the type of service, I want the documents to go to right place or place where the processing is fast :)

Topic: CAN SOMEONE PREDICT AUG VB FOR eb-2 ?

Even when most people are waiting 485 approval when they are current for last few of months, does these predictions makes any sense?

one entity "USCIS"

I differ to agree. If USCIS makes sense, we do not need sites like trackitt. :)

Topic: I-140 approved twice

I will not be surprised if they sent you 140 approval instead of 485. You seem to be current as well.

Option 3. never contacted CIS.

How will the information help you?

As I already explained, I am trying to see a pattern to decide if I absolutely need to escalate my case.

Approved ones may not be frequenting here, but here are some parting shots just after achieving Nirvana: http://www.trackitt.com/discussion-forums/i485-1/77739727/

Thank you. I was looking for something like this. To give little more insight in to this, I somehow started to convince myself that my case may never be touched if not escalated because of following reasons:

1. 140 is still not approved whereas even Nov'07/Dec'07 cases are getting approved.
2. I am current for last couple of months.
3. One of my collegues in very similar situation but days apart in PD got approval only after escalation
4. God forbid any but I did not even get any RFE so far
5. No soft LUDs since last September
6. Mine was one of the applications among famous July tsunami fiasco

I hope it is a pure coincidence.
