Did you try calling TSC ? I filed my AP (and wifes). I called TSC after a month, they told me my wifes AP is approved, but they have not generated the reciept, which they did after a week. Mine is still pending for more than two and half months. I saw a SLUD on my AP last Wednesday. Hopefully I will get the approval soon. |

My attorney asked around $300 for AP.
So I decided to file myself.
I filed 485 with new fee structure and so no renewal fee for AP. AP online filing not allowing with out fee.
I filed(AP) manually on August 1st and today I received a mail from cris ' Documents Mailed'.
I sent Cover letter, I-131 form , 2 photos, Old approved AP, 485 receipt notice, Driving license in USPS cerified mail.

I got a SLUD on my I-485( and my wifes too) after almost 2 years on Aug 7th 2009. The last one was in Nov 2007 for finger printing. My RD is Oct 4th 2007. Texas processing time is @ Aug 30 2007. I suspect this may be due to pre-adjudication. |

Yeah...true....I feel that I was discriminated.....I am going to write a letter to that company's board of directors, and cc that to WSJ. This is a Fortune 50 company that I am talking about, and WSJ wud love to post it on their website.
