I am Alberta PNP applicant submitted all documents needed aside from recent paystub from current employer here in U.S but my employer does'nt comply yet about the payslips. Are the paystubs are really important to the processing? Please give a feedback if anybody knows this. thanks |

We are running of time, we might kick out of the country by August if my employer will not reapply my denied i-140 from this date, because my 1 yr. extension will rely to my i-140 to be reapply I am 6 yrs. beyond. But my problem is I have a lot of debts specially to credit cards do you think I will be entitle to backcrupcy? Pls reply if you have an idea with this this. |

Can you help me with this, upon from my new employer he need to reapply for another labor cert, because my 1-140 was denied just this May 18 caused of my old employer did not comply the said RFE. Now I am requesting my new employer to reopen my application but he said it might be my labor cert will expire, I just got it approved last year june. What do you think he just fooling because he could not meet the preferred salary requirred by the USCI based on my old labor cert. Pls if somebody have knowledge about this... pls help... here stated below my stages right now
1. H-1 7th year will expire visa this coming august

Again my friends, finally I knew what the caused of my I-140 denied, because of abandonement of of previous employer the TSC asked for RFE regarding my preffered salary but they did'nt not reply might be because I am no longer with them, it was denied May 13 2008, what do you think when I will apply again thru mu new employer? |
