Topic: Got approved midnight beginning new year.
Finally got approved after all these years. My family filed in 2000 eb3 employment ROW, a mistake by the lawyer caused it to be denied, refiled in 2002 and finally got it today.
our cases is not on trackitt because i do not know all the details but i do know that:
category : EB3
Priority date: feb 03
recept date : july 2nd 2007
Texas service center.
me and another dependant got approved. primary applicant and 2 more dependants waiting. |

still pending but i had 4 soft LUDS in a row including today so it might come soon for me. |

I am confused about a few things, with the EAD is the 11 week counted from received date or notice date ?
my family has 4 EAD pending at the Vermont center
Received date : July 6
Notice date : Sept 13
Should we expect our EAD soon? should i call and inquire about it since it has been 3 months from July 6th ? |
