Topic: I have H1B-visa, but i don't want to go, and i want to change my current compnay, Can i do this?

I am totally confused, please help me out. can i leave my current compnay, through this compnay i got H1B- Visa, but due to some family problem i am not able to go to US. so, what should i do......
