Topic: RFE for spouse need assistance/help

1: Legal stay from Aug 2001 to Jan 2004. ( I dont have any old I-94 just the latest one and just stamps on the passport by Immigration officer at Port of entry for the old dates she entered the country along with the F1 visa and all theI-20)

Copy of I-20 (attested), Letter of attendance from her school and original school transcripts. I was asked a similar question in my RFE and I provided them all those three Documents.

2: Public assistance issue which she took but actually they are not public assistance as per USCIS documents and I answered YES and provided info and now the officer #308 is asking a signed and dated statement why she answered YES to question 2 under part 3 of I-485.

I have no knowledge in this area, except that certain types of public assistance goes against ones record. If, what your wife got was NOT public assistance, then include all documents that proves that fact.

Do you have a good attorney? or are you doing it on your own?

Take care and enjoy your freedom!

Thanks A0217, You take care as well, and remember no matter where you are, happiness is important. You could have a million dollars and be living in beverly Hills, but if you do not have happiness then you are empty.

Goocluck to you and hopefully you will achieve what you want to :)

and where is smog?

Roger Congratulations :) well deserved win....what a RFE to go through, but in the end, we did emerge victorious :)

mkmi, good to see that you are still around, Japan or US you love trackitt dontcha :)

Anyways, I have to bid goodbye to trackitt. I have too much going on in my career and life in general.

A0217, I hope that you get your approval notice soon. I think you are the only one left from the March 2008 Bunch.

GOODBYE FOLKS!!! This journey was truly a pleasure.

I had just received the message (485 Approved)
I didn't have time to pack,
I was going on a journey,
And I was never coming back. (To H1 B status)

I was told not to worry
About what I'd take with me,
I wouldn't need a suitcase
Of that he guaranteed. (I would stay in the US)

The message came from the very top
From a very high official,
My time had come to leave this place, (Trackitt Forum)
My trip was to be special.

I travelled down a tunnel black
With a bright light at the end,
A bearded man with gentle eyes,
Said "Welcome home my friend". (Uncle Sam)

So when you get the message (485 Approved)
To leave this place you're in,
Consider it a blessing
To be rid of all your sins.

You will never again feel anger,
You will never again feel pain,
You will be a part of the sunshine,
And you will be a part of the rain.

God bless you all, Thank you Trackitt, Thank you my dear friends (Igor, Mkmi, Noypiako, Maverick, RNinja, Bestia, Goblin, A0217, TBuzz, RFederer, Krustycat). Goodluck to all of you, may your success reach stratosphere and someday when you are all rich and famous, do not forget the tense moments in March 2008 when it all began and ended for us :)

GodSpeed

Bye :)
