We sent our applications to TSC on Aug. 13 and they were also transferred to NSC - the notice date is Oct. 9 but receipt date is Aug. 16. My husband has already got his EAD while card prod. has been ordered for me. So don't stress it - you should be getting yours soon. Oct. 6 is probably your notice date. |

Count me in - Filed Aug. 13 TSC - got receipt notice from NSC - rd Aug. 16, nd Oct. 9. Husband's (he's the primary applicant) status shows card prod. ordered on Oct. 30. No LUD on mine - case recd. and pending.
Do you guys think I should call them and ask why mine is not touched? Will that somehow flag it and trigger any action? |

I have the same case. My husband is the primary applicant - his EAD is approved while mine is still pending. Will wait for 90 days to be over and then schedule an infopass if required. |
