congratulations! my sequence of e mails were
1.- CPO email last thursday 21 midnight
2.- Notice Welcoming Permanent Resident friday 22 morning
3.- Approval Notice mailed e mail today thu 26 in the morning.
I cant wait to get my green card in the mail. |

Santhan3, just listen to my experience: i was waiting for 8 years to get my gc and I did not travel. Last weekend i got the welcoming e mail and now I can plan trips. It been hard missing the family and friends, but if you are true to get your status, be a little more patience and hang on until you reach for the gc. It will come for sure. If you do not care much wether the gc process goes ok or not, go ahead and travel now, but if you care for the time and expenses already invested in USA along the process, try a little more hard and get EAD, a job in similar occupation and travel unde AP, but with your bases covered here. It is my honest advice. Good luck. |

Dear friends of Trackitt, tonight I had the CPO email. My journey started early in 1998 and seems that is finally coming to greener pastures. Topic: Anyone received EAD Card after e-file but WITHOUT fingerprinting / biometric:
Answering your question, I had my renewed EAD card without fingerprints printed on it last week. I took biometrics last year and its close to renew again soon, but the 2 year renewed EAD card came without it. I already passed the background ckeck long time ago, so i dont see it as an issue. |

It is a shame, TSC moved fwd only 4 days! Definitely they are avoiding big time to process the cases from the July 2007 Fiasco. An absolutely and obviously deliberated and engineered shame. With holidays close, forget about anything before next year, if so.. |
Topic: Experience: talking to Imm. Officer at Texas Center.
As per my experience, there is a group of IOs at TSC that their only purpose looks like to get rid of you no matter what, i.e. famous Laurie who has a big glowing 'NO' button ready whatever you ask her, she will figure out to punch it to not answer anything else you bring her. There is another lady with a real anger problem rude with hard edges, but thanks god there is still a very nice guy and another lady who are more polite and gentle. Even being nicer, the information they provide if you are lucky it is contradictory. The other day the nice gentleman told me my case was at the adjudication unit assigned to an officer, but this week the less nice lady told me that it is effectively at the adjudication unit but she cant see it is assigned to an officer. Knowing how sensitive is the information we rely on to follow up cases we have filed, it is so low and despicable have people like these playing games with data involving ours an dour family life and future . I only wish one day they have to face a similar situation, i.e. a doctor playing with them games like 'you diagnosis reports you healthy - oh, sorry I mistake you may not make it from this one' just to have a taste how it feels to be played with important things in life. Someday... |
