Topic: Anyone with India EB2 2003 PD

I got Marty as well. He said I should hear something very soon in a week or two, as he is seeing some activity. Granted he was very nice, but until I get it, it is still a dream for me!!

I called up NSC. Representative named Marty said mine was before the big load they got and in next 60 days I should hear something. Though no officer is assigned. Rep was atleast nice this time. Everytime different answer!
PD-sep 03,India EB2. RD-06/13.ND-07/09/07.

one question though...if visa numbers were so tight, why did they move EB2 India to 2004? Thoughts?

Can we sue them? If they stop now, this is the 2nd time they had done injustice to me. They have been approving EB2 India with later PD/RD consistently leaving early june filers out. Same thing happened last year when they ran out of numbers in December.

I can't accept their storyline->"Every case is different"...mine was pre-adjudicated....so it's not different..there is nothing there to do anymore with NC/Background/security etc etc etc cleared.

After listening to USCIS story in the House Judiciary committee hearing I feel they will wait for a while before approving India EB2 cases. If you remember they said they are moving EB2 dates for India because EB2 for ROW were underutilized. Now they are saying they have used 65% of the quota. Now 5 months are left and before using more visas from ROW for India they will wait for a while. My guess is they will wait till end of July before using the EB2 ROW visas for Indians or Chinese. This will be good for EB2 ROW and they will see lot of approvals in next couple of months.

Topic: Anyone with India EB2 2003 PD

hahaha......I am beyond hopes now....it's frustrating..I hate random processing.

Hello guys - Any hopes of making it in the month of May 2008.

It seems approvals for India EB2 with PD of 2003 has almost halted. It is so frustrating to see people with India EB2 2002 pirority date still stuck. Around the same time EB3 2001 India cases are getting approved. Seems there is only one year difference between EB2 and EB3. I have no idea what's happening. PD for EB2 India has moved to Jan 2004 in May 08. What does this mean...when they are not approving any 2003 PD EB2 India cases!!!! I only see few EB2 2003 cases getting approved in TSC. NSC seems to be doing rather well with 2003 EB2 India cases.

Let us pray for a miracle email. God help us.

Topic: Approvals are by Notice date, not Receive date

Agree every word...lot of ppl including me would have been approved already. There is no method to this USCIS madness..trust me!!

What you describe can only be coincidence. If it were true my case would have been approved weeks ago. With a notice date of May 9th 2007 and a priority date of November 2002 I am now two months outside of processing dates.

Me, along with lots of others who are still watching and waiting for approval with priority and receipt and notice dates months and some years outside of processing times are still living and hoping to see our approvals.

Your last statement is absolutely true this is just not a fair system.

Topic: FIFO vs. Random for TSC

Are you kidding me? Did you even once look at how many cases are being approved in random order for both NSC/TSC? If you are trying to be funny, trust me THIS IS NOT FUNNY!!!

I think all data available point to the fact that both TSC and NSC follow strictly a FIFO process.
I do not understand what you are talking about.
