Topic: Advance Parole question I have applied for my AP during end of May during this year. I got an RFE on my name(question regarding first,last and middlename) and replied to it back in July. I have not since recived any approval from USCIS. My attorney has opened an Service request and still no response. They say that an officer is having a look at the application. Can some one suggest any course of action to get the AP quicker.

Topic: Application status check I checked my I-131 status and it states that it has already been mailed about 4 weeks ago. I have not recieved it yet. Would it be mailed to me or my attorney? I have recently moved. Should i update the change of address for I-131 as well.
