I filed I-765 (EAD) renewal on 7/25/2008
after terrific followup with USCIS, statuses changed as follows
1. on 10/27/2008 status changed to : card production ordered
2. on 10/30/2008 status changed to : Approval notice sent
3. on 11/06/2008 status again changed to : card production ordered
But physically i have not received my cards
it is more than 105 days my EAD card not received.
My company is not allowed me to work.
I sitting at home without pay
what nonsense it is i donot know |

USCIS scewing us a lot
mine is also similar
MY EAD newal application filed 110 days back. my current EAD expired on 10/22/2008. my company has asked me take loss of pay leave.
My EAD statuses

on 10/27/2008 status changed to cards production ordered
on 10/30/2008 status changed to " case approved and approval notice sent)
on 11/06/2008 status changed on 10/27/2008 status changed
just collect 340 USD fees and issue the EAD card , these buggers are taking more than 90 days and playing with our lives
we donot see such a hopeless USCIS dept any where in the world |

Folks
My brother-in-law is working on L2- EAD. His wife is working on L1 visa but her company is sending back to India, but her L1 visa will not be cancelled by her company.
In that situation, his EAD card is valid ? Can he still continue to work in USA?
Please help me in this regard.

can you guys help me i
my current EAD will expire on oct 22. Renewal EAD filed 3 months back but not yet approved. Last week i talked to immigration officer. She created SR and told me that wait for 5 days some will call you. Since no one has called, i called once again today. I got the same answer some one will call you.
I am working on EAD and my current EAD will be expired on Oct 22 2008. If my EAD Renewal does not approve before expiring of my current EAD, can I start work on my expired EAD ?
Is there any thing i need to do
I have already informed to my HR manager about my problem. She said we will wait.
IS there any leagal problems?
Can some one help me to come out this situation?

Wrong valid date printed on form I-131(Advance parole document) .
Date of issue : 10/18/2007
Valid till also : 10/18/2007 instead of 10/18/2008
How can I get correct the Valid till date ?
