Topic: H1B Visa to EAD Card

No ,You don't need any Documentaion. Just you need to give your new EAD card to your New Company HR .Then Need fill the form (On I-9 form You need fill your EAD card info.Thats it .)


But Make sure file your EAD extensions properly ,Before your Current EAD card expires ,Better to file 6 to 5 Months Before .

My I-140 is already approved on NOV 07. on 12/22 I just see LUD on my approved 140. status (update) shows already approved same as old date nov/07

Its is no wonder get the LUD 's on pending cases.But approved 140's and approved H1 's getting LUD is bit diffrenet.My PD is july 2006.

Yes, I see this in my case too .after my 140(already received approval notice) 3 months ago. Still ,I see LUD changes on my uscis profile list.I don't know why ???
