Topic: Approved I-140 became Pending !!!!

No , i didnt change my job, still with the same employer... I contacted attorney , she just asked me to ignore the web message until they receive anything in writeen... Nothing has changed on my end except that i filed for EAD renewal e-filing and sent a few documents of my current paystubs , last year w2s ect which are not really needed for EAD...

Topic: Approved I-140 became Pending !!!!

I am in a similar situation. My approved 140 is transfered to NSC from TSC . My 485 is at NSC.Now 140 status changed to "Pending and transfered to an USCIS location ".. I called NSC and they said they received my 140 paper file but not sure about the case status online. They dont even know the 140 status which confused me.I told them i have physical appoval copy . IO asked me to send email to web master but i am worried that my now pending 140 got 4 soft luds in 4 days... IOs are not really helping...

What interests me is an offer from desi company ? Strange.... Desi companies seldom have projects to which they hire people , but they have people and look for projects.... so what is this whole offer thing?

can we interfile old 485 with unapproved 140 to a new 140 and keep the EAD alive? I know we wont be carrying PD but atleast keep the EAD alive
