I got approved for I485 with welcome notice e-mail/mail 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the cards. Today I received ASC appointment for July 22. I am confused! What is the procedure? Anyone in same situation?

Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. My case was filed in Cali. and it was transferred to Texas.My numbers starts with WAC!

RD is July 17 and NDis October 1st! I am so confused! This sucks....

Topic: Cool IO and SR

I had the same situation yesterday with TSC. Very nice IO! They opened SR and told me that I will hear something in 30 days. Are there any benefits to this? Is there anyone else with similar experience?

I spoke to very nice IO and he said that I need service request because I am beyond processing times. He did service request and gave me confirmation number stating that officer should contact me by May 1st with updates hopefully with approval. IO was checking local office processing times and based on that he said that my case is due.

Can anyone explain what might happend? Please help

Case transferred from Californija processing Center to Texas Service center in october 2007. AP Approved, EAD approved, Fingerprints done in Jan.
