Topic: very old priority date(november2001)

MY application get stuck with department of labor for almost six years.My i-14o was approved on november 2006.the i-485 is received and pending since february, 2007(notice date) almost 1year and 8months. i call two time the 1800 she told me u will get an answer on october2008. i really need your help guys any advice it will help a lot i,m so hopeless.thank you all
